'Onto day 4 of our Pyramid workout series and today it\'s a 20 Min upper body dumbbell workout at home chest and back attack . The feedback has been brilliant for this pyramid series. So many of you have been absolutely loving them and smashing them. Hearing all your comments , feedback and seeing you all push yourself with these has been amazing and a nice mix up So onto today\'s chest and back attach Again ideally you will need for each is 3 varying weights of dumbbell A lighter , medium and heavier weight (But work with what you have got) As always we are doing round 1 - lighter weight - 20 reps round 2 - medium weight - 15 reps round 3 - heavier weight - 10 reps round 4 - medium weight - 15 reps round 5 - lighter weight - 20 reps Up or lower the weight accordingly for you to make it as easy or as tough as you like So grab your dumbbells , a drink and a little space and let\'s smash this
